The Rangsit Science Centre for Education has been established according to the Cabinet Resolution which assigned the Ministry of Education to operate the project of Science Centre for Education and networking on August 16, 1990 in order to commemorate the King’s Golden Jubilee celebration.  Moreover, this centre provides lifelong learning activities to the public in terms of more understanding in science so as to make them pace up with the rapidly changing world of science and technology today.  The people can apply the knowledge and understanding obtained from exhibitions and science activities to improve their better quality of life.  The Rangsit Science Centre was officially opened by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on February 21, 2007.
